Yes There is, Just Keep The Process Running and don't log of or reboot, or in easier terms, click the power button then close your screen, then when ready to get back on your computer, open up your screen and log on to your user to see that your server is still running
If your computer is off you can't run your server...... If you want a 24/7 server pay to have one hosted or keep your computer on.

But i know many websites that hosts servers but that's why i use this bukkit server because i dont have money and it's FREE ! anyway @Dragonborn2105 what do you mean ? i have to shutdown my computer every night.. Remember i don't have money to pay for the Electricity Bill or Host a Server or etc. Btw , Aternos Sux's ass worst free hosting website ever !
Minecraft servers are very heavy processes. You are not going to find a free one that is worth to use for more than 8 players. As said above, either keep computer on 24/7 or find a host. Also, the electricity bill is much less than the cost of a computer that can host a probable MC server.
