We started our current map with Bukkit 1.7.2 and we started getting chunk errors after our old host started having server issues. Now there are certain chunk errors that won't go away, even after regening the messed up chunk it goes right back to being corrupted.

    Here's the log -

    Code:
    21:37:59 [Server thread/INFO]: Lancer_Vance issued server command: //regen
21:38:13 [Server thread/ERROR]: Chunk file at 21,4 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected 21, 4, got 1, 15)
21:38:27 [Server thread/ERROR]: Chunk file at 21,4 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected 21, 4, got 1, 15)
21:38:49 [Chunk I/O Executor Thread-1/ERROR]: Chunk file at 21,4 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected 21, 4, got 1, 15)
21:39:05 [Server thread/ERROR]: Chunk file at 1,15 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected 1, 15, got 21, 4)
    21:39:51 [Server thread/INFO]: Lancer_Vance issued server command: //set 155
    21:40:12 [Server thread/INFO]: Lancer_Vance issued server command: //regen
    21:40:20 [Server thread/WARN]: java.lang.NullPointerException
We used to use Chunkster years ago but it's obviously outdated.

    Any suggestions?

Use region fixer, I used it to help my brother fix his world which also had a chunk problem (I'm not sure if it works with the current minecraft version, the world I was repairing was quite old).

If you are willing to give me the world I can try fix it for you - otherwise just follow the region fixer instructions to do it yourself.

So I scanned the map with Region Fixer and this is what I got, it finished scanning the map and this is what it says.
