Try that now, Although that permissionsEx is really really messy. You may want to sort it out, I was going to do it for you but didn't want to change anything else around.

 

How is this messy? I just did pex group add permission node here.
I'm pretty sure build:true doesn't exist in pex.

RZeroX I had the problem you had, Simple solution to my fix was add that. Inbox me your skype or server IP address so I can speak to you easier.
