Factions plugin refusing to load files

I own a minecraft server with factions. It was all good until i installed a plugin called WitherBow, Im not sure how it conflicted with factions but when i restarted the server factions stopped. I removed witherbow and restarted server again and factions is still gone. I tried deleting all the files and re-installing mcore and factions but no files were loaded and when i did /plugins no plugin called mcore or factions was found. Heres my startup log
