Tool Request: PEX Editor WEBSITE/Nice Gui Program

I am looking for a website, or a program with a nice GUI, for editing your pex permissions. I would like it to be able to read your plugins code and find the permissions that are available for use. It needs to be able to create groups, make prefixes, and anything else you do in PEX. If possible, i would like a basic beta out by April 1st. In that beta i need the basic permission adding, group adding, ect. The gui is not important for said beta. It needs to be easy to use and convenient.

I have a PermissionsEx file generator, I am going to be adding world support soon, it does not get the permission nodes for plugins yet and probably won't for a while, but here is the link:

I wont be using yours tree.... Sorry, but its just not what im looking for.....

 

I'd love this if it were windows based .. it would be nice to just launch it and it scan my plugins folder and be ready to go..
