Plugin Request. Command Like

I have looked on the Guide/Tutorial for this forum and the two plugins that are their are not the ones I need, I need a plugin where these are custom commands that bring you up a text, so this is what I need and maybe the community can use this:
when you do /rules it comes up with the default /rules from essentials so I don't need that added to the plugin, and now.. It is up to you if you can make it so I can change the text!

1. Where you do /donatorrules and it comes up with the donator rules.

&3-&6 You cannot give out donator items.
&3-&6 Your nickname needs to be relevant to your actual username.
&3-&6 More rules will be added as needed.
&3-&6 Abusing your rank or breaking the rules may result in a demotion.

2. Where you do /staffrules and it comes up with staff rules!​

&3-&6 Help players with things they need.
&3-&6 Only use creative in survival for admin things.
&3-&6 Do not talk about what we say in the Staff Chat to non-staff.

&3-&6 Do not abuse your powers given to you.
&3-&6 Be the best you can be.

MultiBigTime Try disabling "StaffChat" If that doesn't change it check the " format:" Section in your essentials config.yml

This is what my essential format looks like so I think I might need to delete StaffChat, but I need one like that for my server...!

format: '{DISPLAYNAME}&8:&r {MESSAGE}'

group-formats:

Thanks so much, I also need a plugin where it changes the motd, like colour and that!

 

I deleted StaffChat and the [L] tag is still there.

Another plugin where it changes the messages for when you do a unknown command!

 

MultiBigTime I use almost all your plugins except Display_Chest,PlayTime,StaffChat and "MOTD" Which all the other plugins are commonly used,I know HealthBar has ALOT Of Features maybe check your healthbar config and see if something in there is doing it.
