Is there currently any creative mods that are released?

Or something like creative mod.. or something that just lets you place unlimited blocks and allows you to one shot blocks?

There was Creatif but I think it's unsupported now, search for it anyway since many people asked about it and there may be answer around.

You could check out VoxelDoop or VoxelSniper. I think that Doop is more GP and for non-admins, while sniper is more for trusted users as it can do major damage.

While I don't know of any plugins or mods that make it just like creative, there are a couple of simple alternatives. There is a client mod (not a bukkit plugin) called too many items, you can find it in the minecraft forums. It is a sort of inventory mod where you basically have everything evar in your inventory; its cool - may not be bukkit compatible though.
Probably a simpler alternative is most general plugins have a /item command (different from the vanilla /give). Most /item commands allow you to give yourself unlimited of an item, for example, /i 4 -1, to give me infinite cobble. Hope that helps.

Why not? With Voxeldoop you hit a block with a item and it gives you a stack of 64 of the block hit, effectively giving you unlimited blocks. The downside is that you need a block to hit in the first place to give yourself unlimited of that one. The upside is that it's easy for users to use, meaning it uses no commands.

With Voxelsniper, all you have to do is enter a command with the id of the block and you can then place unlimited blocks with a certain item (gunpowder). How does this "got NOTHING to do with unlimited blocks"?

Did I not understand the OP's question? (OK, I don't quite know what "allows you to one shot blocks" means)...

WorldEdit has a bult-in command "//", which makes any pickaxe a "super pickaxe", meaning you can one hit everything.

Voxelsniper allows one-hit-destroy like action by making the 'active block' be air ("/v 0" or "/d"), and clicking on any block behind your crosshair with an arrow (replace tool) in your hand will erase that block without leaving drops (unlike WorldEdit's super pickaxe). It also works from nearly any distance away. This is one of the things that can cause major damage as I mentioned before, as if your not careful, you can be deleting stuff accidently far away and it's easy not to notice (since it's so far away). It allows for quick unlimited placing of a block with a command such as "/v 4", select gunpowder (adding tool) in the hot bar, click to place stone blocks (id 4) wherever (it also allows placing outside of the normal placing distance), "/v 20", plop down some glass, "/v 0" or "/d", and roll mouse wheel to arrow and click to delete any blocks.

Voxeldoop does not have this ability.

Sounds like I'm the marketing director for them, but I have no interest in them, other than a happy user on my private server.

    Have fun!

You can turn off item dropping with the superpickaxe in WorldEdit by changing a configuration setting.

If you use CommandBook, you can change the default item stack size to -1, so you can use /item wood or something to get unlimited stacks. You can use /more -ia in CommandBook to convert all your items into unlimited stacks.

If you really want to run a full on creative server, try WorldEdit!

You can do cool things like bind different tools to different items right in-game and make an entire toolbox. See below for an example:
