Setting up uSkyBlock help please.

Hi, I'm new to Bukkit and I'm trying to set up a Ultimate SkyBlock server for me and a few friends. First off I'm not sure if this is the right place to look for help, if not I do apologize. Anyway I can get the server up and running no problem when using older versions of uSkyblock but I particularly want to use the latest version that has the island/challenges menu/gui.

Not sure what info I need to post so please ask for anything and I'll get it as quick as I can. As for now all I know is when I set everything up, add the plugins, and run the server it runs but it doesn't load the Skyblock plugin. I suspect I'm just not using the proper versions of all the various elements that the server calls for so I wanted to ask if someone could give me a list and/or links of the versions of each download I need to set up a simple generic SkyBlock server.

I'm not trying to set up anything fancy. Just something simple that allows each of us to have our own island and, if we decide, to party up together. Again, ask for any info that's need and I'll do my best to get it. Please keep in mind I'm new at all of this so the more details you can give the better. Thanks again!

 

Does the plugin give an error on startup? If so post startup log. Do the command of the plugin respond at all?

 

I did have a big long post with the loading log ect. but it seems the problem has been fixed, well my original problem. I'm not sure if I over looked it before or maybe the problem was different before but today when I loaded everything to get the information requested I noticed I just needed WorldGuard installed. Once I added WorldEdit/Guard everything loaded.

However there is another problem now. When I type /island the menu comes up asking me to read the server rules and accept them. When I tried to click the book, drag it to my inventory, or anything relating the book it does nothing but re-centers my cursor to the middle of my screen.

I know SkyBlock involves permissions and such, at least I think, and I thought I edit'ed the permissions in ExPermission config but may not. Any idea why it won't let me interact with the book in the menu to accept these rules?

Lastly, I was poking around the internet trying to find a solution and came acrossed another who had the same problem that posted on the uSkyBlock page. Someone replied to his post saying "You're missing group.member in your permission file." I don't know what that means or where to begin to fix it. If that is indeed the options any advice on how to make the changes I need to?

 

Just add permission: - group.member to every player. Done
