   How would i make wood/stone drop 2 items instead of one? And have Special items that would make it around 4?

   I would listen to BlockBreakEvent and manually drop an extra stone there.

   MrLizardDogMan As xmarinusx said, listen to BlockBreakEvent. Modify the drops of the block using event.getBlock().getDrops().
