Essentials Chat: Is there a way to remove the < > Ex: <MuteTerra>

In the chat It sents the message likes this:
<MuteTerra> Hello!
But I want it to be This:
MuteTerra Hello

I did the config but for some reason it wont work. I try to remove the Prefix for Group Manager.
Heres the Config

UPDATE: The user in that thread didn't even have a chat format in the config. Not the same issue!
