   All you have to do is configure your perms so they work how you want.
   
   Give group "VIP" or whatever, the node "- essentials.fly" , then don't give that node to other groups, and only people who are VIPs can use /fly.
   
   Note: all essentials nodes can be found here: http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Command_Reference/Perm
