It should work like this: You finish a jump'n'run and after that you click on a sign which gives you a custom item (JumpToTheTop-Taler), and teleports you instantly back to the spawn. Thanks for your answers, I figured it out with ServerSigns (added command for giving amount of items and added command for teleporting to spawn). Thanks anyway!
