   I know that command blocks don't work with plugins, but I was wondering if there was a plugin or setting I could change to make it work. [Please let me know if I'm posting in wrong section]

   What do you mean? Plugins can't interact with them? They don't work on a server with plugins? They might not be working if you have "enable-command-block" on false in server.properties.
