Changing worlds makes my server crash

Help me please I have search for hours trying to find a solution to this problem but to no avail.

This only happens to me when ever I warp to another world or use creative gates to get to another world.

the server's CPU goes to %100 and the ram goes to %100 and some times the server crashes.

The server dose not crash when other people go into other worlds just me

I have tried deleting my citizens ncps
My .yml in essentials
And about 100 other things but nothing worlds

I think mcore ( used for creative gates and factions ) is crashing the server

I'm willing to send any config files with pastebin and upload worlds if i must


Note: sometimes I get disconnect this this error -
Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.timeout.ReadTimeoutException

Please help
