Is there some way to track down which/any plugins are lagging the server? If there is any plugin, or server means that would allow me to see individual resource usage by plugins, broken down by cpu time, disk time, tick time, whatever, that would be perfect.

    Anything like this exist?

post a list of your plugins + post some informations about your server hoster, ram, cpu, etc.

Actually there is an easy way to track down laggy plugins, click here to go to an article and follow the steps outlined in "TYPE C". The article really helped me when I was having major lag problems, I used nolagg to check the response time of plugins and found out that essentialsantibuild (which I tried to deactivate before because I didn't even use it) was causing about 400% more lag then all the other plugins.
