are you server-owner? what plugins are installed ? look closer at 0:47 looks like a plugin like Orebfuscator is hiding chests (ProximityHider), so maybe the walls are actually obsidian just hidden by Orebfusactor or something.

BloodyMurd Why running NoCheat + NoCheatPlus ? NoCheat is abandoned. I prefer to remove it. You should take a look at all your plugins and get the newest 1.7.x built, maybe 1.7.x dev-built If that "bug" still appears, you should remove your plugins step-by-step to figure out which plugin causes that "bug" I'm sure it has something to do with Anti-Cheat stuff because Obsidian+Chests are Changed to stone.
