Pvp RankUp Plugin Request

    Suggested name: FVP-RankUp

    What I want: I would like to have this plugin to be able for players.
    EXAMPLE:
    10 Kills: Killer
    20 Kills: Assassian
    and so on

    Ideas for commands: No commands needed for this plugin.

    Ideas for permissions: fvp.rankup || allow ops to rankup others manually

    When I'd like it by: As soon as possible
