Only one player can't do anything

A player on my server, cannot do anything. She cannot place blocks, she can't break blocks, she can't use any commands, she can't use pressure plates, nothing. And she's the only one which is the weird thing. I tried adding her to a group which didn't work. I also tried giving her individual permissions which didn't work either. This is a SkyBlock server by the way. Any ideas as to what the problem may be? If you would like, I can send you a list of all the plugins we have. Thanks!

 

Have her relog if she's the only one that's what fixed my problem

 

Did you try kicking her or asking her to relog? That normally works.

 

She has tried relogging several times. I don't understand what you mean by tricking her, but yeah..Nothing is working.

 

Xerfox I didn't say tricking her, I said kicking her, and I have no idea. Could you provide a plugin list please?
