Hi. One of my admins recently spawned a bunch of endercrystals in one spot and whenever someone touches them, they crash the server. I can't delete them, neither through /remove all [radius] of WorldEdit, neither through /killall or /stoplag. Please Help, this is very urgent for the existence of my server!
MrQuartz they are destroyed when you touch them with a tnt like explosion, if it keeps crashing try using the world in single player and touch them, If all fails load the world in MCEdit that way will certainly work. remember to keep regular backups so things like this can easily be rolled back
Ok, but is there a plugin that allows you to delete them, like /killall does for mobs? Arrxzon And also, can i use CoreProtect to rollback to the point when they weren't there, i mean, will they be desttoyed then?
1. There is not a plugin. Endercrystals are a rather interesting block/entity (as far as I can tell they act like blocks until something hits them, at which point they become entities-like TNT. But that doesn't explain why they are entities, maybe because they have a bedrock block...?) 2. If you had entity-rollback enabled in the Coreprotect config, then maybe. (See above). The way I would get rid of them is WE in a large amount of Air right where they are. I hope that's helpful.
DuoDex When i do that they dont appear in the copy but they are still on the ground And yes, copied and pasted a ton of air at their location, but they still remain floating
MrQuartz se1by Well, the best thing you can do then is shut down your server for six hours, copy and paste the world into your singleplayer save folder, go in there, set yourself to creative mode, and break them all. Then move the world back into your Bukkit folder, and NEVER EVER EVER spawn in Endercrystals again. Or you can use NBTExplorer to delete the chunks (only recommended if you know what NBTExplorer is). OR, you can just spawn in a bedrock wall around the crystals.
