Command Blocks Not Running 1.7 Commands?

    The Vanilla Minecraft commands refuse to work with command blocks. Any ideas? Is this a Bukkit problem, or a minecraft problem?

    But only the newly added 1.7 commands wont work

    I have the same problem as-well, I put my bukkit server onto a vanilla and it worked again, So this is a bukkit problem. I have even tried updating to the latest Beta Build! Anyone know why this is happening?
