Need Help with PermissionsEX!

    I set all the permissions to the ranks I created. I got on my other account to test out all the ranks to make sure I didn't mess up. But on all the ranks it said I wasn't permitted to use any item or place/destroy a block. Please help me fix the problem! My server is about ready to go public and
    I have to have this issue resolved. I use Multicraft for my console on Entel Hosting. Thank you for your help.

    Do you have the modifyworld plugin that comes with PermissionsEx? Also, have you turned off build for that world using multiverse core or world guard?

    I have world guard and I think my admin may have turned off build. How would I turn it back on?
