What I Need: I am looking for a plugin where players of the server do a command like /vote [Poll Name] [playername]. This is like a voting poll on the server like in real life. Polls last a set amount of days (in the config) and after the poll ends the player with the most votes gets ranked up automatically. Also, there could be a setting where if you vote you get a reward. When a poll starts an announcement goes throughout the server and continues announcing every hour until it closes.
