Hey there, I run a modpack server and I need some help. I need a plugin that will cause chunks to stay loaded when a player leaves them abruptly, (teleporting or quitting) and safely unload about a minute or so after they normally would have been unloaded. The reason I need this is because some of the mods perform calculations per tick and are placing blocks in the world. When a player abruptly leaves, the chunks try to immediately unload and the mod throws literally a thousand line errors because of this. The point of this plugin would be to give the mods time to finish up what they are doing while keeping the chunks loaded. if it would be possible to have a feature where the plugin can detect if blocks are being changed in the chunk and if so, keep it loaded. There really need not be commands or permissions for this plugin as it is more of a bugfix. If something like this would be version specific, I am running MCPC+ 1.5.2 Final Build (Build 653) Implementing CB 1.5.2R1.0

Not sure, but i gues chickenchunks does this. You could set the unload time with that mod. Dit you made the modpack by your own ?
