   Help please, on my minecraft server no one can't build I made portals they teleported they moved like 100-200 blocks away still they can't break also when they holding items they getting moved to inventory any way to fix that please?

   What permissions system are you using?
   
   Because PermissionsEx comes with the "modifyworld.jar" so you must give your groups the "modifyworld.*" so they can break / place

   Also if you are using essentials give them the essentials.build.* node. Essentials has an auto anti build plugin that comes with it. That should work.
