Help with premissoinsEx

I need help with my premissionsEx
when I do /pex nothing happens, same ingame and same in the console
When I join my prefix is soppose to be [&bOwner&r] but I only have my nickname not my prefix

By the way the problem is causesed by the admin/modrator place in the premissions, not the member, co-owner or owner part
