Set Teleportation Portal

Suggested name: STPortal

What I want: Well, I would like a (hopefully lightweight) plugin that allows you to go through a portal, and teleport you to a location that has been set. So, if a player were to go through ONE portal, it would teleport them to one of fifty locations that has been set manually (Not in a radius).It's a fairly simple idea, and I've been looking for ages, but haven't found an ideal plugin.

Ideas for commands:
/stp create {portal name}
/stp setlocation {name}
/stp dellocation {name}
/stp delete {portal name}

Ideas for permissions:
stp.createportal
stp.createlocation
stp.accessportal
stp.accesslocation

When I'd like it by: As soon as possible.

 

Why not use command block? So much easier and much more light weight. You use them and set tps with the portals.

 

But I have literally no knowledge with command blocks, and this would be extremely challenging for me Suyguy

DragonitePvP What ever floats your boat, I am only trying to help and i gave you a link on how to. It seems fair enough not to share me your skype, but I don't understand why you refuse my help. Regardless, i put my hand out its your choice to accept it. One more word of helping.
If you would like i will show you how on my own server. Just ask for my ip and i will help you out.

If not use this alternative.

Place a command block down Red stone it to a pressure plate, not to far away. Right click the command block and type /tp @p x y z
To fill in x y z
Go to where you want teleported press f3 or f4 i forgot which one, to get a debug menu - It has a pie chart on it.

Look for the x y z cords. Right them down some where

Go back to command block and fill in x y z, with the Cords you just wrote down.

Now if you step on pressure plate it takes the nearest person (you) to the spot you want.
