Minigame Plugin with status signs

Hello,

I am currently working on a new server with custom minigames and plugins, but need help coding. For the minigames, I would like to have wallsigns that you can right-click to join a game, and display the status of games (eg - [Join], 6/10 players).

When you right-click a game sign it teleports you to a waiting lobby in a different world. When a certain amount of players join the lobby, the countdown begins, and when it finishes all players in the lobby are teleported to the map (same world as lobby) in multiple spawnpoints set with commands.
