summon and setblock commands

    I tried to make some tricks with these two commands but seems like they're not implemented because the server gives me the "Unknown command" error... Is it a bug? Is someone else getting the same problem?

    Any update? I want to give out skeletal horses for Christmas on my server.
    Can someone confirm that this summon feature will be added so I can hand out "I owe you" notes?
