How do I change who can use the /tp command?

    I want to make it so guests on my server can use the /tp command, but i'm not sure which file to edit and what to edit within the file

    What plugin are you using for the TP command and what Permissions plugin are you using?

    if you are running a form of permissions or group manager you would change this in their config file.
