People can't reach my server, but they could before?

I created a server back in September and I, along with other people, have been working on it to make it ready for new players. 2 days ago, I planned on opening it. I couldn't because there was apparently a problem with 1.6.4 servers. At that time, however, it showed that my server was open in the multiplayer list for Minecraft. People just couldn't connect because of "Failed to login: Bad login." I didn't know that it was happening with other servers, so I checked to see if my ports were still open for Minecraft, which they were and still are. Just to be sure, I used various port scanner things to see if my ports were open. They all said my ports were closed. I asked a friend of mine to use the same port scanners and they all said his ports were closed too. His server works though, and people can connect. So I don't think it's my ports. I've looked around on the internet and I can't find a way to fix this problem, but found nothing. People could connect before, and this problem started happening when I closed my server and reopened it, to see if it would allow people to get on without getting the bad login error. After I opened it, it said "can't reach server". The server was running though. I looked at my server properties and this is what it looks like:
Code:
#Minecraft server properties
#Sun Nov 24 16:27:09 EST 2013
generator-settings=
op-permission-level=4
allow-nether=true
level-name=world
enable-query=true
allow-flight=false
server-port=25565
query.port=25565
level-type=DEFAULT
enable-rcon=false
force-gamemode=false
level-seed=
server-ip=
max-build-height=256
spawn-npcs=true
white-list=false
debug=false
spawn-animals=true
texture-pack=
snooper-enabled=true
hardcore=false
online-mode=true
server-id=unnamed
pvp=true
difficulty=1
enable-command-block=true
server-name=StoneForge
player-idle-timeout=0
gamemode=0
max-players=30
spawn-monsters=true
view-distance=10
generate-structures=true
spawn-protection=16
motd=§a§lWelcome to §1§lStone§5§lForge
I don't think it's any of my plugins, because I took them all out of my plugins folder and actually just took everything out of my servers folder except the run.bat and craftbukkit.jar. I ran the server and people still couldn't connect. Including me. I don't know how to fix this and it's highly frustrating, considering this happened on the day it was supposed to open to the public. Does anyone know what I can do to fix this? I will provide more information if needed.

Mojang's problem, try turning offline-mode to true. (Be warned of the possible side effects.)

By Mojang's problem do you mean that this is because of Mojang? Also, I tried turning online-mode off.. I still can't reach the server.

Did you portforward and are you sure the IP didn't change?

Yes, I did port forward. I'm sure my IP didn't change.

I *think* its a problem on Mojang's end, but turning offline-mode off didn't work. I honestly don't know what else can be the problem then.

I'm sure there will be a way to fix this.. I at first thought it was because of Mojang. Either way, thanks for trying to help.

If your internal IP isn't static, then if you restart your computer/reconnect to the router/restart the router, you may have to report forward. The IP of the computer can change, so it would require some fixing every time you do one of the above.

If you are getting BadLogin, then that is a problem with the auth/session servers at mojang.

I did re-port forward, and I'm pretty sure I did it the right way. How would I know if my IP changed?

Best way is to check it, might would want to check if your external IP changed too. Best way to check your external IP is googling "what is my ip?" And Google should tell you.
