Major Error?

    Whenever I try to play Minecraft SMP (on my own server) on the computer running my server or the computer next to it I get huge amounts of errors but I appear to be able to play with some lag, but I just want to know if this is bad, if so how I can fix it, and what does this error (see attached) mean?

    Using windows 7 (x86)
    java: 1.6.0_24
    CB 670
    Plugins:
    BackupPlugin
    iConomy
    Lockette
    mcmmo
    uquest
    RealShop
    TentThis
    warpz0r
    WolfPound
    Error:
    See attached image for error, the many errors that appear are similar to this one,
    as well as some things like entity chicken moved incorrectly or something.
    I don't know if this hurts my server or computer in any way, that's what I'm trying to learn by posting here.

    Corrupted world, try Chunkster tool to fix that.
