PEX not working

So i just started a new bukkit 1.6.4 server, and pex was not working at all, then i removed essentials chat and i got the permissions, but still i cant set no prefixes, something is disabling it, i have only worldguard, worldedit, pex, and essentials instaled, plz help!

Ps. i checked pastebin and its fine so it is not the problem.

 

Prefix won't work itself without chat plugin like essentials chat

 

if i add essentials chat the pex is not even working.....

 

Don't mind if you pastebin your permission.yml?

 

Essentialschat has nothing that could make PEX not work.
Paste startup log with essentialschat please.

 

timtower Actually you dont need to and it is no longer packaged with PEX now.

 

I just have PEX setup and I use royal chat for the chat plugin, that way I can get chat to look like "[rank] player: message" instead of PEX default of "[rank] <player> message"

edvinsdainis Essentials wont make PEX stop. Is there a log for this?
