Can't Join My Own Bukkit Server (Port-forwarded)

Hey guys,

I am running a port-forwarded Bukkit 1.6.2 server for me and my friend, and my friend can always join it just fine. I used to be able to join it, but now when I try it goes to the "Downloading Terrain" screen, and sits there for a minute before timing out. I've tried turning off my firewall but it does nothing to help. Restarting my computer doesn't do anything either.

In the console and in the server, it says I've logged in, and my character sits in the world doing nothing, when in reality I am in the downloading terrain screen. I time out and my character disappears and the server says I logged out. It gives me the message: "disconnect.genericReason" in the console log.

How do I fix this?
