No "<player> has joined/left the game." message!

My server is running on Windows Vista x86 with 4 GB of RAM, AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 5600+ 2.80 GHz, and Bukkit build is 1.6.4-R0.1. My plugin list is ButterBlock, ColoredTexts, CoreProtect 2.07b, DarkBrotherhood v1.7.5, DisguiseCraft, EnderCrystals, Enjin Minecraft Plugin, Essentials, EssentialsChat, Essentials GeoIP, EssentialsGroupBridge, EssentialsSpawn, EssentialsXMPP, Modifyworld, PermissionsEx, PlayerHeads, ProtocolLib-2.4.3, Punishmental, RageBan 2.0.1, Vault, VaultRank, Wabbajack v1.1, WorldEdit, and WorldGuard.

When players join or leave, there's no announcement saying so. I'm wondering if one of my plugins is overriding it, or if there's a permission that all groups should have to be able to see these messages? Thanks!

 

Could possibly be DisguiseCraft, not sure though. Try removing it, restarting, then joining/leaving and see if it makes any difference.
