    Hey there,

Is there a possible way to change the "You don't have access to this command?"

I don't know if it's a certain plugin, or I'm not digging down hard enough. Please let me know. Thanks...

(Mods, if this isn't in the right place, please move it.)

Are you using a permissions plugin or just op'ing people?

Message will be generated by the plugin that does the command. Youd need to modify said plugin.

Not op'ing everyone. We should only have a total of 3 op's on the server. The permissions plugin we use is PermissionsEx (PEX).

So how would I, for instance, change the message for Essentials?

What the server says is that you dont have access to the command. Each command has a permission, which you can find for essentials here. Next up, if you have the permission, you need to add it to either your group or your user account. You can do this by either manually adding the permission to your permissions.yml file in your PermissionsEX folder, or e execute the "/pex user {YOURMCNAME}" add {PERMISSION}" (Without the {} fcoure)

necrodoom Link's dead on the page :/

EvilDevil59NL I realize that, but what I'm trying to change is the message which is given back to the user, who doesn't have said permission.

Loads fine for me, are you using Hamachi? If yes, terminate it.

Oh, these. You can also find these by extracting your essentials.jar with an unzip application.

necrodoom Ah, ok thanks. So, regards to the server permissions, like /op. Where would I find that?

EDIT: necrodoom When I change the properties and save it, and make it a jar again, my server can't load it.

Read full instructions at http://wiki.ess3.net/wiki/Locale#Custom_Messages and dont modify the jar.
