Land appearing, need a way to have a island with a void

Hello, for my hub server i have a hap that is an island on void, but when i implemented it with multiverse, land started to appear if you traveled out. I used the world border plugin, and trimmed it but the land is still there... here is what i mean:



How can i make it so it is just void, because if you are on the hub island, you can see the land and it looks bad...

with multiverse you would need a custom world generator such as CleanroomGenerator i believe
then using command - /mv gens (to list the custom generators (making sure it's installed))
then /mv create worldnamehere normal -g CleanroomGenerator
then you can use worldedit to copy/paste the hub
