Very simple multi-world plugin

I'm looking for very simple and small multiworld plugin with 2 commands:

/loadworld world - loads world into memory, so i can teleport to it
/teleworld world - teleports you to spawn point of the selected world.

Is there anything like this?

 

Want to work on it together? Or I can do separate if you don't want to.

I already had a lot of ideas like this one or tent plugin, but I'm currently enough occupied with Jail and MonsterHunt, so i rather posted them here than making them.

And I would be willing to help with it, except that I have little to no experiance with Java, or the Bukkit API, but I do really want to learn how to create plugins, so if you guys could help me ? If it's too much to ask to kinda be taken under your wing, then that's fine too, but it would be so amazing. I really want to learn

But I warn you. The only experiance with any kind of code ever, is Visual Basic XDDDDDD

 

You should also make a /stopworld world command too, if load world is going to be implemented.

 

This would be much appreciated. I really struggle with permissions so can't really use MultiVerse. All that should be required is
/loadworld <worldname>
/createworld <worldname>
/deleteworld <worldname>
/teleworld <worldname>
/stopworld <worldname>

Hopefully someone can make this happen without permission required, it would awesome!!

Edit: Rigby90 replied to me on his MultiVerse thread.

This is going to be sweet. But he is away untill 14/4/11 so don't expect the update too soon.
Although Maybe if some Dev could still make a simple version that would be awesome.
