LlamaChat Plugin

    So pretty much three commands:
    /lcinfo (llamachat.info) Displays info about LlamaChat
    /lcenable {player} (llamachat.enable) Makes it so whenever {player} chats, it says an insult from insults.yml
    /lcdisable {player} (llamachat.disable) Disables llamachat for {player}

    Might wanna be more specific on the commands. Who gets the insult? everyone?

    Everyone gets the insult, but whenever he chats, it make HIM say whatever is in the config. It randomizes between strings in the config. Perms are in ()
