I have been scounging the internet looking for a solution on how to deny certain commands in certain mutliverse worlds.
such as in my faction world i have all the faction commands but i do not want people in my creative world being able to do /f and claiming land in the faction world as that is just unproffesional, same goes with my minigames world and my spawn world. Some help would be greately appreciated as i made an account for this reason only,
    Sorry for bad england.

What permissions plugin do you use?

Like Iroh mentioned, it all depends on your permissions plugin. For example, PermissionsEx lets you add permissions per-world by just putting the world name after the command (i.e. /pex group builder add worldedit.* flatworld).

    1) Navigate to plugins/groupmanager/worlds
    2) Create a folder with the world name
    3) Create a groups.yml and users.yml

If you want your world to have the same groups
    1) Navigate to plugins/groupmanager/
    2) Open config.yml and scroll down to "mirrors"
    3) Add the new world in under your main world

To negate specific permission nodes in the new world
    1) Navigate to plugins/groupmanager/worlds/<worldname> - Replace <worldname> with your world name
    2) Open groups.yml
    3) Scroll down to the group and add the negative node

^ that world folder should auto generate with a default rank. You don't have to create one.
