Default Hyperlink Enabled?

Hello, I have a problem with my server. Usually on most servers, you can not type in periods in the chat as it will get deleted, but normal players can on my server? I have not setup anything about hyperlinks. Can anyone help me with this issue?

I am using the PermissionEX ChatManager and my essentials chat manager is disabled.
I also use PEX for my permissions manager.

Could anyone possibly help me please?

Normally on server I have been playing on, when someone put a link or an ip in the chat, the dots would dissapear.
eg. when a player types www.google.ca in chat, it would actually show up as www google ca in the actually chat

try give permission essentials.chat.url.

 

Do I give the negative or positive command? If I am supposed to give the negative command, I have already tried it.
