I'm having problems trying to fix my day light cycle on my server and I don't know what's causing it. This bug appeared yesterday after I used multi-verse commands, faction commands, and game rule command. The thing is, I'm not sure which of these commands trigger my daylight cycle to not work.
Here is a video of what I recorded today when I tried using a multi-verse command to change daylight cycle, so it would flow normally and the results. http://youtu.be/XR8gDBpMbKc
Note: All of my worlds are having the same problem. The only world it's suppose to be false is "world" (which is the main spawn world).

    Here are my plugins:

It has to be a plugin causing this. try removing all of the plugins and see if the problem continues. Im guessing the problem is Multiverse.

Okay, I took multi-verse out and most of my plugins out. Turns out, it's not multi-verse. I'm still confused of what plugin does this or if it was the gamerule command.

k I've removed all plugins and the daylight cycle still isn't working.

Edit: I've tested the world on my single player and the sun is moving normally, but not on my multi-player server. I still don't know why and what's causing it.

Okay I've solved it. For some reason when I deleted everything and made a new one(with my old worlds in it), the sun mysteriously worked as normal.

Anyways, thanks everyone for the help! It's very appreciated! :)
