Developer to continue work on custom chat plugin.

This plugin formats the chat in the format "username: msg" and colors the individual elements (username, colon, and message). When a player joins they get a random color assigned to their username. The individual elements are customization in the config so you can set the colon and message to different colors.

As the plugin is now it works great. However, ever since we opened a creative server for our little community we have been in need of a cross-server chat plugin that preserves the format of our custom plugin.

What I need added to this plugin:

• Cross-Server chat. The plugin will be in place on two servers and should be able to send and recieve messages while preserving the chat format/color "username: msg"
• Cross-Server player list in the form of a /list style command.
• Name color preservation in /list across servers.

To further explain what I expect.

1. Jeb joins Survival server. The color green is assigned to his name.
2. JetLi joins Creative server. The color blue is assigned to his name.
3. Jeb tells JetLi to do a backflip.
4. Jet sees the message as "Jeb: Hey jet, do a backflip please."
5. Jeb uses /list and sees: "Online Users: Jeb, JetLi, Onionro, TheLunarFrog,"

So as you can see, even though the colors were assigned on different servers they are still the same on both.
I set up a dev.bukkit.org profile for the plugin but I never uploaded the first version as I still consider it to be in beta and after these modifications are made to the current plugin, it won't even be the same one so I prefer to wait until this new version is ready. Then we can put out the first beta release of the new version.

riking has begun work on the plugin. I hope we may post it to github at one point so everyone else can contribute once the new core features are complete. I'll keep everyone informed.
