Is There A Way I Can get A Command Block Set Up Idk How They Work And Stuff But I Want It To Do A Certain Firework That I Know To Shoot Every Hour Forever Untill I Get Break It... How Do I Do The Redstone And The Command?
This will require lots of redstone repeaters and a dispenser, and that would be the easiest thing to do, I don't know of any plugins that allow you to use a command to spawn a firework. Command blocks just run console commands, and if there is no command to spawn a firework, then you can't use a command block.
you don't need to use a command block just set up a redstone system with a tick delay that lasts 1 hour, and have it activate a dispenser filled with fireworks. Also had hoppers connected to chests to it so that it wont run out for a long time, and for every few days or so refill it, as for plugins you may be able to request one, but the process of making one takes a lot of time.
On maximum delay a repeater is 0.4 seconds, 60 minutes in an hour, 60 seconds in a minute, 60*60=3600 so there are 3600 seconds in an hour, 3600/0.4=9000. So you would need 9000 repeaters to have a one hour delay. I would really suggest using the copy and paste feature of worldedit if you plan to do this
