Chunk Reset

Greetings Devs,

I'm looking for a plugin, which resets "non-used" chunks.

I imagine that it would work like this:

Lets say that Factions is installed on my server. When the plugin is activated, then it will check every single chunk in the world for changes and reset those - except for server or player owned chunks.

Is there a plugin like this out there, or would anyone be incredible awesome and make one?

If you use it constantly...

But I assume it is possible to limit the speed of the chunk regeneration? I was planning on using the plugin (if made) at night, when there is close to zero (or zero) players online. Like a weekly reset.
