Hi guys, im have to worlds, one is pvp and the other is survival, i want people to be able to use lockette in survival but not in the pvp world, how do i do that,and i know some people say use world guard and stuff, but im trying to make the whole world not able to use lockette, and i also know that you are able to select the whole world but, it says that im not able to!??? pls help thx
You can use Permissions ex to disable plugin support on certain worlds, as far as I know, pex is the only perm based plugin that does it.
Darkmoon22 Lockette has permissions, as far as I am aware, and you could negate the permission from the group in the other world (- -permissionnode) negates the permissions (It is enabled by default)
I cant use perworldplugins it doesnt work for me but thx how do I do that I thought the groups permissions work server wide how do you make it so that different permissions per world? EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
Darkmoon22 - Don't use that perworldplugins plugin; I'm not sure how that plugin works, but there is a much easier method, that is much safer. Simply use any permissions manager (most give per-world permissions, not just PEX) and don't grant permissions in those worlds. That should solve your problem quite nicely without any complex and possibly dangerous configuration.
Darkmoon22 - I don't; However, there are plenty of tutorials out there. Try this. Just look for world specific information.
ive read that hundreds of time when i was trying to start setting up the server, i cant find world specific permissions pls help thx
