I need an invisible walls plugin that allows only certain players with permission to walk through it. Like this unupdated plugin http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/invisiblewalls/
There was a request just like this. https://forums.bukkit.org/threads/fake-wall.121438/page-4 Read through it someone named Skye made it. The selection tool is a wooden shovel by the way.
You might be able to achieve this with WorldGuard. However you'd need a region for every wall and the entry flag set on each region
