Need help with Minecraft Server

so i was going to start up my minecraft server. and it gives me this error message
[INFO] Starting minecraft server version 1.5.1
[INFO] Loading properties
[INFO] Default game type: SURVIVAL
[INFO] Generating keypair
[INFO] Starting Minecraft server on *:25565
[WARNING] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
[WARNING] The exception was: java.net.BindException: Address already in use [WARNING] Perhaps a Server is already running on that port?




i have looked at the server properties and my ip isnt on the ip tab. so i have no idea whats wrong with it. if its something with my enternet i have a AT&T 2wire router. thanks for reading and i hope you can help

and the reboot dosent work if u mean i reboot my router

and its actually a tekkit server, i couldnt find anywhere that had tekkit server help.
