So, I downloaded a couple plugins and when I tried to add them to my plugins folder then reloaded my server I get this: Unsupported major.minor version 51.0 I only get this sometimes with certain plugins. It's pretty annoying and the plugins it wont let me use are sort of important towards my server. It also says that the plugin might be out of date and I've checked each time and each time they were updated fairly recently and I wouldn't think that that would be the problem, could it? Because then I check the comments on the plugin and nobody else has this problem and can use the plugin. If you want I can post the whole error message and I am also on a Mac.
It appears only while reloading or starting server also? Some plugins doesnt support reloading. You have to shut down the server completely and start it again.
Download and install these two files: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html Then make sure the plugin is up-to-date and it should work fine.
It occurs when I start/stop or reload, and HeyAwesomePeople I am going to try that now. Ok I already had java (?) so I only downloaded the second thing but I'm not really sure how that was supposed to help my problem? Please respond. Whoa! The plugin suddenly worked?
