Communist economy (Money split evenly)

    What I want:
    Every time a transaction occurs on the server (Eg, money is awarded per player kill) it is equally split between everyone in the same rank that is currently online (This should be configurable with permission nodes to only apply to some ranks, not all) a bit like how communism is (supposed) to work.
    This shouldn't be done on a clockwork timing (Eg, every half an hour), but should be instant for every transaction (I don't mind if the numbers become quite small, even 0.0001 for example) (Also, please don't include any messages saying when money has been added as this will be very spammy.)


    Ideas for commands:
    No commands needed for this plugin, it should be configurable using permission nodes and a config if possible.

    Ideas for permissions:
    CommieCraft.Contribute - This rank's earnings will be contributed to the communist pot.
    CommieCraft.Recieve - This rank will receive money from the communist pot.
    (Optional extra) CommieCraft.ExtraRecieve- The permission node that will give a biased, slightly higher amount to this person. (Configurable in config?)

    oscarandjo Vault doesn't has any events for money amount changes

    It would be very hard, we need to check the balances of the online players every ... sec or ms, would be very server intensive
