I am seeking to start a new server, my first server but before i even add plugins etc, i want a world gen. this gen im seeking is to make the entire world a gaint cave.. sorta like the nether but overworldish. And NO way to the surface. i do want it to build the cave system all the way up to no build limit. to prevent players from digging/glitching to surface and building ontop of it.. like how ppl do in the nether. i would apreciate any help finding a cave gen for my server.
